• Routine flush of the heat exchanger
• Clean the air intake filter
• Clean the inlet water filter and recirculation inlet filter
• Clean condensate trap
• Check sequence of operation

While it's only necessary to do a maintenance once a year on your water heater, we recommend twice a year to maximize performance and efficiency.
