I would like to commend your service technician, Joey. We had a service call on our antiquated unit on Tuesday, September 9th. He worked diligently trying to get that old unit to work. He returned on Wednesday with a new blower. I commend him for recommending the blower; not only does the unit work, but it is so quiet we don't even know it is on.

Joey also told us about your company's A/C units and the type of installation your company does. Whenever our unit finally goes to A/C heaven, we will contact your company about purchasing a new unit.

Mr. Wright,

As a fellow businessman in Goose Creek, I know that many of the comments we receive from customers about employees are generally negative. While that may be the "norm" these days, I always like to pass along positive comments to "the boss" when someone's employee goes beyond expectations.

Over the weekend of June 16-17, my A/C slowly died, leaving me with 80+ temps in my home. Having no particular "A/C guy," I looked in the Yellow Pages for someone local and your ad stood out. I called your office at 8:40 a.m. Monday and was amazed when I was told a tech could be at my home at 9:00a.m.! Apparently my call came in at just the right time!

Your technician, Mike S. (didn't get his last name), arrived on time and clearly listed possible problems and the cost of each. He was able to answer all questions with understandable information and details. After assessing my A/C equipment, the problem was found but could not be addressed until a large mass of ice melted from my unit's coils. Rather than stand around and watch ice melt and run up the bill, Mike suggested he move on to his next job and return in an hour to complete my repairs. His next job took much longer than expected; however, your office or Mike kept me updated on the time of Mike's return.

When he did return to my home, the repair was made quickly and my A/C unit cleaned and recharged. While waiting to see if everything was working properly, Mike checked other items on my system, making minor adjustments and correcting a couple of errors made 11 years ago during the original install.

If this is the "norm" for Mike's work ethic, you have an excellent employee that will bring many positive comments in the future. Because of this experience, Goose Creek Heating & Air is now my "heating and A/C guys!" Just thought you might like to know!

I want to personally thank you and your organization for some excellent service that I recently received. Last week, my brand new air conditioner (installed in June) stopped working. This happened in late evening, so I was not sure anyone would be available to assist me. A young lady did answer the phone and immediately put me in touch with one of the technicians on duty. Zack called me almost immediately and offered some assistance, but the problem could not be solved over the phone. I called the company the following morning, and the young lady who answered the phone was aware of my situation and told me that Neal would be making a house call at around 10:00a.m. He arrived on time and immediately assessed the situation, called to obtain the required part before he left, and returned early afternoon to install the part.

I really appreciated the support and quick response from Zack, Neal, and the young lady (I do not know her name) who assisted me. I am amazed that the problem was identified and rectified within a twenty-four hour period. I now know that I definitely made the right decision to purchase my new unit from Goose Creek Heating and Air—you folks are terrific! Please pass my heartfelt thanks to Zack, Neal, and the young lady.

Just wanted you to know that Terry and I have seen a reduction in our SCE&G bill since you installed our new A/C. Compared to August of last year, we saved $71.00 and, compared to September of last year, we saved $91.00. This is the first time I can ever remember looking forward to our next SCE&G bill, just to see what we've saved.
