Service Technicians

Zack Lafong, Service Technician

Zach has 30 years of HVAC experience and has been with us since 2001. He is EPA and NATE Certified. He enjoys his work in HVAC due to the challenges involved and the ability to fix units to satisfy the customer. At Goose Creek Heating & Air, he enjoys working with his coworkers, the fact that there is plenty of work to be done and meeting new customers.

Zack is married. His hobbies include working on cars, fishing, yard work and riding motorcycles.

Nick Butts, Service Technician

Nick has 18 years of HVAC experience and has been with us since 2003. He is EPA and NATE Certified. He enjoys working in HVAC because of the new things he learns, problems he encounters and the satisfaction of figuring out the solutions to the problems for our customers. He also likes that he has great co-workers at Goose Creek Heating & Air.

Nick is married and has three children. He enjoys spending time with family and playing with his kids.

Neil Clark, Service and Installation Technician

Neil has 13 and a half years of HVAC experience. He has been with us for six and a half years and is EPA Certified. He enjoys meeting new people, going all over the Lowcountry and being the people's hero when their HVAC is not working. Neil enjoys the family environment and collective team effort at Goose Creek Heating & Air.

Outside of work, Neil likes hunting, fishing and riding his Harley.

Ashley Calhoun, Service Technician

Ashley has been with us since 2011 and has 22 years HVAC experience. He enjoys HVAC work and being able to help the customers. Outside of work he enjoys hunting, fishing, and going to the races. He is married and has one daughter.

Installation Technicians

Chris Joson, Install Technician

Chris has 11 years of experience and has been with us since 2008. He is EPA Certified. As an installer, Chris enjoys helping customers stay cool or warm and the sense of pride that comes with being able to help. He likes the family-oriented work environment and enjoys working with the entire team.

Chris is a father of one, and enjoys spending time with family and playing basketball.

Chaz Peer, PM Tech / Installation Technician

Chaz has been with us since 2008 and has four years of HVAC experience and is EPA and NATE Certified. In his HVAC work, he likes experiencing new and different situations everyday. He likes working at Goose Creek Heating & Air because everybody treats each other with respect and kindness. Outside work, Chaz enjoys fishing.

Office Staff

Robbie Wright, President

Robbie joined the Goose Creek Heating & Air team in 2004. He enjoys helping people with their HVAC needs. His favorite thing about working at Goose Creek Heating & Air is working with his family and our employee family.

Robbie is married to Amber, and they have three children. He loves Gamecock football, riding motorcycles, hunting, softball and having get-togethers.

Bill Rudd – Product Specialist

Bill has 18 years of experience in sales, including five in home sales. He has been with us since 2008 and is EPA Certified. He enjoys helping people and solving problems. As a Goose Creek Heating & Air team member, he cares about the quality of work we do. He has enjoyed being an important part of the positive change and growth in the company in the last few years.

Bill is married and has three children. Outside work, he likes spending time with family, boating and riding motorcycles.

Bitzie Wright, Vice President

Bitzie has been with us since 2004 years. She loves being able to help customers, co-workers and working with family at Goose Creek Heating & Air. Outside of work she enjoys shopping, swimming, and baking.

Maggie Wright, Service Coordinator

Maggie has been with us since 2005. As Service Coordinator she handles the scheduling of our service calls for all of our technicians. She loves being able to help customer when they call in to schedule a service call. What she loves most about working at Goose Creek Heating & Air is the great teamwork and being close to home.

Maggie has an 11 year old son. Outside work, she enjoys the beach, swimming, movies and her two wonderful dogs, Savannah and Carolina.

Shannon Chap, Installation Coordinator

Shannon has been with us since 2008. As Install Coordinator she handles the scheduling of if change outs and new installs. She is happy to help people and learn something new everyday. She enjoys the small, family-oriented work environment and working for a company that cares. Shannon's hobbies include relaxing by the water with her friends.

Amber Wright, Warranty/PM Coordinator

Amber has been with us since 2011. As PM/Warranty coordinator she handles all PM contracts and warranty issues. As a Goose Creek Heating & Air team member, she enjoys helping people, working with her husband, Robbie, and with family.

Amber loves riding motorcycles, playing softball and Gamecock football, spending time with family, spending time up at the lake, shopping, hunting, fishing, good cuisine and relaxing.
